  • We do everything we can to ensure the speedy delivery of your goods, but in the unlikely event of a problem or delay (For Unforeseen Circumstances), the important thing is for us to stay in touch to ensure we fulfill your requirements to your expectations.

    All our Goods are supplied Brand New and Packaged, should for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by phone or E-mail. Should your item be damaged or delivered incorrectly, again contact us ASAP so we can rectify this matter.

    Customer Service is All Important to us and we endeavor to do everything possible to ensure all products reach you in good time and in good order, should this not be the case, it is important to contact us ASAP so we may address any issues. We will always address customer issues and all our goods are supplied as NEW PACKAGED PRODUCTS.

    Regarding paintings the customer agrees to the abstractness and uniqueness of each individual painting and also accepts that there might be slight variances of color and design. Each painting is unique and different.

    Claims for any defects or omissions in shipments must be make in writing within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Failure to give us a written notice within 48 hours shall constituted an irrevocable acceptance of the merchandise delivered. Any portions of shipment of goods that you retain for a period of 48 hours shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the merchandise.

    If customer chooses to refuse any merchandise, the customer must notify Light Grey Design of such refusal in writing within 48 hours of the receipt and agree to reship the merchandise to us in the original condition at customer's expense within 96 hours after such rejection, otherwise customers acceptance of the gods shall be irrevocable and conclusively presumes. Light Grey Design reserves the right to examine and inspect all returned and exchanged items before deciding wherever to issue a credit to your account. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    All defective merchandise that is returned to us must be packed in original boxes with original packing material. Merchandise that has been assembled will not be accepted for a refund, credit or exchange.

    Light Grey Design does not issue cash refunds. Subject to these terms and conditions, we will give or exchange only for defected merchandise or omissions.

    Light Grey Design does not accept or honor charge-back, debits, returns, offsets, deductions, or claims without our express written consent. We ask the you exercise common business courtesy and notify us of any issues so that we have an opportunity to address any concerns and amicably reach a solution.

    All items, prices, and hours of operation are subject to change without notice. Your written purchase order will be considered an offer to purchase goods identified therein.

    Price quotations that we issue shall be valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Light Grey Design ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Light Grey Design ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Most items ship within 2 days of payment. In the event the item is out of stock expect 8 to 10 week delivery time. All our furniture comes with a 3 year warranty. If something is wrong with an order you placed with Light Grey Design, we will do everything we can to help. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange the return and replacement of the order.

    Please note if you sign for delivery you are accepting of the merchandise in its state of quality and accurancy.

    Our delivery options include the following services.

    "Bronze Service":  2-person delivery, inside the threshold, stair carries (up to two (2) flights 

    prior to the threshold).  If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage.  Shipper's palletized or crated merchandise will be delivered to the First Dry Area or Garage only. 


    "Silver Service" include inside placement and two flights of stairs. 


    "Gold Service" include inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, 

    debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of tools). 


    "Platinum Service" include inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, 

    debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes. 



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Light Grey Design is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Light Grey Design does not charged sales tax on purchases through the website.

  • Return Policy: » Once item is delivered, we offer a 10 day money back guarantee if the customer is not completely satisfied with his or her item. If you receive exactly what you ordered and want to return it restocking and shipping fees back to warehouse apply. For example, if you order an item in Chocolate Brown leather and you receive the item in Chocolate Brown leather, we can not provide a full refund because that is in fact what was ordered and shipped. The customer does although have the option to return it with a 25% restocking fee and customer does pay to have the item shipped back to us. If the order was placed for Chocolate Brown leather, and you received Cowboy Brown leather, we would go ahead and issue a full refund and pay to have the item shipped back to us if the customer does not want it. This never happens but we want to state our return policy in order to provide full customer satisfaction and hassle free returns. Please note: Our leather and fabric color charts may appear to look different on varying computer screens depending on resolution, brightness, etc. The colors we offer are portrayed as accurately as possible. Please feel free to ask us for color samples in order to fully assess your color choices. We offer samples free of charge. Pictures on website represent product as accurate as possible. Minor differences or variations from picture to product. Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. Open each package. If there is any damage to the merchandise, write the description of the damage on the freight bill and then inspect the inside before the driver leaves the premises. If the item is damaged you must refuse it and send it back with the driver. Reject ONLY the merchandise that is damaged or incorrect item. Accept all of the merchandise that is not damaged and it correct product ordered. Please contact us immediately in this situation. A complete refund and or exchange will be given to the customer once the item is shipped back and analyzed. Customer will not be responsible for payment of shipping item back to us or any other fees associated with a damage return. Damaged returns must be in original packing or return cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns on special-order items at all. All sales are final on custom orders. Light Grey Design does not accept order cancellations on custom orders.
